Terms of service

These terms cover rivolde.com and everything you buy from it. Placing an order means you agree to them.

What you are buying

rivolde sells digital wallpaper packs. Each pack is a set of image files delivered as a download once payment clears. Nothing physical is shipped. Every pack includes a desktop and a phone version of the same artwork.

The artwork

Our wallpapers are digital art, made with AI tools under human direction and finished by hand on the page. They are built to look like heavy impasto oil painting. Nothing is physically painted. We say so plainly because we would rather you knew.

Your licence

Buying a pack gives you a personal, worldwide licence that does not expire. You may use the files as wallpaper on any device you own or control, and as a background in your own photos, streams and posts.

You may not resell, redistribute, share or give away the files. You may not sell prints or merchandise made from them, use them inside a commercial product or advertisement, claim them as your own work, or use them to train a machine learning model.

We keep the copyright. Your licence is yours for good and is not transferable.

The Archive

The Archive is a single purchase covering every collection released to date and every one that follows, at no extra cost. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and payment is taken at checkout. Refunds on digital goods are covered in our refund policy.

Availability

We may add, retire or replace artwork at any time. If a piece you already bought is retired, your files stay yours.

Liability

The files are supplied as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from their use.
