Refund policy

Every rivolde order is a set of digital files. Nothing is shipped and nothing can be posted back, so all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.

If something is wrong, we fix it.

If a download link fails, a file will not open, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will re-issue the files or refund the order in full.

Bought the wrong pack?

Already own it?

If you buy a pack that is already inside The Archive you own, tell us and we will refund the duplicate.
